Seeing him for who he is: Flo Malcom gets real

Hailing from Atlanta, Flo Malcom is a musician who grew up in the Kirkwood hood. He always had the heart for music that it has been a huge part of his life from childhood to the present. A path which he eventually took after picking himself up from quite a fall. Serving a long stretch in jail set him back for a while, but now he is back on his feet and is pursuing his true passion: making music.  Life was not always ideal, yet he fought through every trouble he faced with guts, dedication, and a rock-solid faith in himself.

Being around his mom who wrote poetry and his grandmother who used to play music all day, greatly influenced Flo Malcom to take an interest in music and make his own. He writes lyrics that paint pictures so vivid which create a scene when combined with his expertly crafted musical compositions.

Nothing but real

As the saying goes “fall down seven times, stand up eight”, Flo Malcom did not let his time in jail bring him down, instead, he worked on himself and gave life a shot. He believed in himself and refined his craft. He rose above the self-doubt, shame, and negativity that came his way in order to become the person he is today. 

“I want my fans to love me for me and I want them to feel like they really know me. I want them to know that hard work pays off and they don’t (have to) care what anybody says.” he said.

Flo wants his supporters to see him for who he is, to understand that perfection is overrated. He wants everyone to look at him and see his falls, his struggles, everything that made him stronger and wiser. Success does not happen overnight, but it does come when you work hard and learn from your mistakes.

Today, Flo Malcom is conquering the music world with his high hopes and an undying spirit. He has become a beacon of hope for those who lost their way and are struggling right now. Life does get better, but only if you do.

Bringing a dream to life 

When it comes to his craft, Flo Malcom is an absolute beast. His style is so tasteful and unique you just have to experience it in order to fully comprehend the quality of his music. It is unmatched and definitely unlike anything you’ve heard before. 

His last song was a hit, which was actually just him sitting down, getting some booze on, and spitting facts. Flo’s genuine character really brings out the beauty in his craft. He is working on a new album this year, another banger for the crowd to watch out for. 

Music helped him become a better person. He used the drive he had for this passion to move forward and leave all the troubles behind. Flo Malcom wants to share his story so that through his art, he can inspire others to pick themselves up and start living life the way they’ve always wanted.
