Why Michael Fenech Values Creativity In His Career

Different people all have different sets of skills that help them overcome challenges in life and climb the ladder of success. For some, it could take some time before they realize which skills to develop. But to those who have already found the secret, they make sure that they practice it as often as they can.

And for Michael Fenech, his skill lies in his creative mind. By thinking outside the box, he has managed to overcome challenges both for himself and others.

How He Stays Creative

Being a notable entrepreneur like Michael, he is no stranger to the various challenges that come with the industry. While others may see the setbacks as a cause of stress and burnout, the Australian native sees it from another perspective.

For Michael, problems are a chance for him to exercise his mind and come up with innovative ideas that could disrupt an industry.

“My mind works by looking for ways to make things more efficient, easier to do, with less effort.  So essentially, I am a problem solver. I love the challenge of finding a problem and creating a  solution to make people’s lives better,” he shared.

Other individuals can take a page from Michael’s book by viewing obstacles not as a hindrance, but rather as a chance for them to exercise their creativity and strengths.

Besides, worrying too much about a problem can lead to stress. But finding a solution can reap rewards.

Disrupting Industries

Apart from solving challenges for others, Michael also lets his creativity flow by creating start-ups that he then scales towards success.

“Creating businesses is my outlet to let my mind flow with ideas to make people’s lives easier and solve all their problems,” he shared.

Michael created a platform called VoiceByte which has a media technology that was meant to disrupt the way audiences interact with radio stations, TV shows, and podcasts.

“I built an amazing team that included ex-Facebook executives, the founding VP of Yahoo USA, and other amazing entrepreneurs here in Australia,” Michael said.

Their product gained so much interest in the United States, that the largest media company in the country, iHeart Media, reached out to them and wanted to learn more about their project.

Michael also collaborated with Jamie Paros to create their own Amazon Facebook group called The EndGame Network where they use their experience and knowledge as Amazon sellers to help others find success in the e-commerce platform.

“We intended to help as many people as possible by providing the right information to follow, the best techniques, tips, and tricks available,” Michael shared.
