From behind bars to spitting fiery bars: The story of Kyng Pariah

People in this world have their plans, goals, and dreams. We strive hard and face struggles just to achieve those.  However, there are instances that happen that it might be impossible for us to achieve everything we planned for our lives.

From New Jersey, now living in New York, Kyng Pariah (NIgha) aka Kyng Pariah is a woman of many talents. At age 29, she is a producer, writer, author, video and audio engineer, graphic designer, and brand manager. Despite the titles, Kyng Pariah experienced something that she could not imagine happening.

In 2018, she tangoed with NYPD cops and walked away with her head held high. 21 days later she gets arrested by the same officers in NY. A year and a half later while she was vacationing in LA the police arrested her & tried to shoot her. Being handcuffed and a gun pointed at the back of her head, (the cop actually let off two rounds) this badass woman struggled for her life. This case is being investigated by internal affairs in LA. In addition, she was falsely charged for 422 days trying to cover that they were trying to kill her and having her properties stolen.

Talent Implanted at Youth

This artist at the young age of 7 was already writing poems. She was taught by his uncle how to write verses, hooks, bridges, and many more thus opening her path through music and ripping the competition apart with sheer talent and skill. While her uncle taught her a lot of things, Tupac was the artist that she respected the most calling him her “Rap God Father” He inspired her to follow his trail she bravely put herself out to the world to make music.

Through her music career, she learned to always do what you love and what makes you happy. It’s important to never force something that is not for you because life is short and we have to take advantage of every moment. “Patience… learning how to be more patient with myself and others as well as dedicating myself to my dreams. I push for everyone to follow theirs as well.,” she further added in her statement. Giving away her secret to success, she wants others to be inspired through her and reach for their dreams.

Spitting Fiery Bars

Her latest song “B!Tch Im Fed Up” was written in her cell in Riker Island in March 2021 just a week before her release date. It is all about her experience and it is self-explanatory since that is how she describes her music.

Her music is a reflection of herself in its purest form. She bravely presents her inner demons and battles through unfiltered lyrics. She has always been put in high regard and praised for her delivery and flow for their originality.  Embracing authenticity is her forte, she is an artist not to be messed with. She has always put talent and dedication into everything that she does and it loudly echoes in her craft.   It does not concern her how people receive the songs that she is making because the aim is to present her struggles to the people, she said

I create vibes and if you don’t relate, I apologize & pray you never go through anything I’m speaking on. As far as those who can relate. Man, I just want you to know you are not ALONE. I’m here for you and we can heal together.”

This artist creates music with real-life experiences. She not only bravely shows her scars but also offers a helping hand to those who go through the same things she went to.  Her story is inspiring and her spirit can’t be shaken. Know more about Kyng Pariah through her Instagram and Website.
